Shipping Policy

All items are shipped with Royal Mail 24

You may be able to select a safe space for delivery should you or the recipient not be in for the delivery.

Please check once you receive notification of tracking from Royal Mail.

Items will be shipped within 7 days of you placing your order.

If you require your order for a specific future date then please email me first to make sure that I can fulfil your order.

Whilst the majority of orders will be delivered on time, there may be rare occasions where Royal Mail are unable to deliver which are out of my control. I accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds on perishable goods such as food if it has already been baked.

Please notify me of any mistakes made and if baking hasn't yet started then a refund may be possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved then you will receive this via your original payment method.

There is often a processing time for refunds so please bare with me on this.
